Every Novy device has a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. You can extend your warranty free of charge up to 5 year by registrating your product. As such, you immediately benefit from our service formula that covers all repair costs in case of functional defects:
This formula includes:
- a free repair of your appliance, which includes transport and installation costs, spare parts and working hours
- a complete service offered by a team of experienced and qualified technicians
- the use of Novy spare parts of the highest quality.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase (billing date). It is important to keep your invoice as proof of purchase date.
* The 5 year warranty does not apply to Novy accessories
The warranty does not cover repair costs if the defect is due to:
- Improper installation, such as failure to follow relevant safety regulations and our detailed installation and operating instructions.
- Misuse or improper operation of the product.
- Stains on the cooktop resulting from incorrect usage (see user manual for proper care).
- External factors, including transport damage, impact, poor environmental conditions, or natural events.
- Repairs or modifications not carried out by trained, Novy-authorized service partners.
- Glass breakage
- Defective lighting in the range hood
- Power supply fluctuations that exceed manufacturer-specified tolerances.
- Failure to perform routine cleaning and maintenance as outlined in the user manual.
- Use of unsuitable cleaning agents or chemicals, or failure to follow the prescribed cleaning and maintenance guidelines in the manual.
- Wear and tear due to normal usage, such as the gradual reduction in capacity of parts that require regular replacement over the product’s lifetime.
